CHAMPIONS OF CHANGE PAKISTAN
The Champions of Change Pakistan Group was established in October 2018 as the Male Champions of Change Pakistan. In 2024, the Group became Champions of Change Pakistan, reflecting its commitment to inclusive leadership.
Today, the Group includes 30 Members who lead some 76,000 employees across Pakistan. These Members represent various sectors, including food and beverage, hospitality, telecommunications, information technology, textile, financial advisory, micro-finance, logistics, media and e-commerce. They work tirelessly within and across their organisations to champion gender equality, diversity, and women’s empowerment, impacting not only their companies but society as a whole.

Fiza Farhan is a leading global expert on issues pertaining to women’s empowerment, access to energy, sustainable development and multi-stakeholder partnerships; advising various Governments, private sector and development agencies especially the UN on critical development issues in both realms of advocacy and action.
