Sammer Sultan

Summer Sultan was born in the Metropolis of Karachi in 1986. Sammer is an alumnus of the Indus Valley school of art and architecture – majoring in fine arts. Her Journey at Shan Foods started as Director Sales & Marketing and has her currently serving as the Co-Chairperson of the Company. Sammer leveraged her avid interest in Communications & Visual Arts to spearhead a plethora of projects in collaboration with her team ranging from Marketing Strategies to integrating Thematic Communications and Packing Design for Local & Global Markets. Aside from leading several different marketing endeavors, Sammer’s active role in the Research & Development of new Products and Categories is also attributed to her being a Stalwart of the need of Constant Innovation. The Ethos of Ensuring Sustainability & Driving Positive Social Impact are ingrained into the approaches that Sammer undertakes with all projects, be they through communication or on ground projects, with the end goal being Tangible and Meaningful Change. Currently she is leading a Backwards Supply Chain Integration Project for the Organization aimed at reducing Sourcing Inefficiencies and making Sustainability a hallmark of Shan’s Supply Chain Alongside the Significant contributions she makes at Shan Foods, Sammer is also the Co-Founder of ITT Foods –, specialising in Sauces that has grown tremendously in local and international markets, amid all this Sammer manages to find time to serve on the Board of the Central Karakorum National Park, a UN World Heritage Site.
