Jason Avanceña is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Nestlé Pakistan.
He joined Nestlé in the Philippines in 1995 and has over 26 years of international experience with Nestlé in various markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Switzerland, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. He has a robust background in FMCG sales and marketing with a strong knowledge of Dairy and Nutrition portfolios.
Jason’s most recent positions were as Managing Director Nestlé Sri Lanka and as Business Executive Officer (BEO) for the Nutrition and Dairy businesses in Nestlé Pakistan and Afghanistan, where he steered significant business acceleration via portfolio management, innovation, digital excellence, and strong team development.
Jason has an MBA degree from Fordham University, New York, USA, and Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He is married and has 2 kids and enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
