The Champions of Change Consult Australia 2021 Progress Report provides an update on the Group’s actions taken and outcomes achieved over the past 12 months, against the Group’s gender equality priorities. The report also highlights and celebrates stories of fathers accessing ‘shared care’ parental leave, offering equal access of up to 16 weeks parental leave for either parent.
