Qawi Naseer, an IBA alumnus of 2008, started his career with Nestle, looking after commercial sales and trade marketing before moving onto leading brand portfolios at Unilever. He led an accelerated career at Unilever for 8 years both in Pakistan & Singapore.His journey in L’Oreal Pakistan began in 2020 when he joined as General Manager – Professional Products Division where he was able to bring strong transformation and acceleration for the business and launching the e-commerce business for the division in COVID. In June 2022, he took on the role of General Manager – Consumer Products Division and Country Manager for L’Oreal Pakistan.

The Pakistan group includes representatives from various sectors including hospitality, telecommunications, information technology, micro-finance and sport. Members are committed to leading on gender equality, diversity and women’s empowerment within their organisations and in society as a whole.
