The Champions of Change Fire and Emergency Progress 2020 report provides an update on their actions taken and outcomes achieved over the past 12 months, against the Group’s gender equality priorities.

 

Champions of Change Coalition release the 2020 Impact Report detailing action and impact on gender equality, advancing more and diverse women into leadership and building respectful and inclusive working environments for all employees.

 

The new report ‘Gender Balance in Fire and Emergency, Going Beyond ‘it’s the right thing to do’ – the case for change’ explores the benefits and rationale in addressing key risk factors including health and safety, reputational and political risk and community engagement, through improving gender balance and other diversity in the sector.

 

 

The Champions of Change have release the report “Disrupting the System – Preventing and responding to sexual harassment in the workplace”, which provides a guide to more effective organisational approaches to preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
