Janet Menzies is Country Manager, Amazon Australia. Prior to joining Amazon, she worked with Cochlear, an ASX50 manufacturer of medical devices, as General Manager, Australia and New Zealand.
For over 15 years, Janet worked as a management consultant, including with McKinsey & Company. From 2011 to 2016, Janet worked with Champions of Change Coalition founder Elizabeth Broderick AO to establish and grow the strategy.
Janet is co-founder and former Chair of Heads Over Heels – an organisation that helps women entrepreneurs grow businesses through connections to suppliers, partners and customers.
Janet has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. She has lived in Sydney, Australia since 2008.
