Dr Jess Murphy spent 20+ years in the corporate world, holding various senior leadership roles in the Financial Services industry. During that time, her passion for accelerating firm-wide organisational transformation propelled her to the forefront of the inclusion movement.
Jess has deep expertise in connecting with individuals and facilitating impactful experiences with diverse groups. Her ability to create safe spaces to share different perspectives and constructively challenge ensures effective experiences and action-orientated outcomes.
Jess currently holds an Adjunct Professorship, has a Doctorate in Business Leadership from the Australian Graduate School of Leadership and is also a Life Fellow.
