MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENTS

Active Participation and Engagement
Members actively engage with the coalition by attending four meetings annually, participating in quarterly strategy sessions (predominantly virtual), and contributing their personal experiences and insights to drive progress on gender equality.

Organisational Support and Accountability
Members designate a high-performing Implementation Leader from their organisation to support the Coalition’s initiatives, ensure organisational backing for proposed actions, and provide resources such as data, case studies, and funding to aid the delivery of coalition objectives. CEOs are also held accountable for their organisation’s progress towards these goals.

Public Advocacy and Transparency
Members advocate for gender equality and share their progress, outcomes, and lessons learned both within the Coalition and more broadly. This includes piloting innovative strategies, leveraging the coalition’s platform to drive change, and maintaining accountability for achieving measurable results.
ELIGIBILITY
CEO-Level Leadership
The Member is a CEO or holds an equivalent senior leadership role, as the Coalition is designed to engage leaders with significant authority and influence.
Commitment to Gender Equality
Organisations demonstrate a clear interest in prioritising inclusive gender equality and advancing diverse women in leadership, and show a willingness to actively participate in the Coalition’s strategies and activities.
Alignment with Coalition Goals
Members align with the Coalition’s vision of advancing gender equality as a business, economic, social, and human rights priority.
