When and in what circumstances should a Male Champions of Change Group be disbanded?

This is entirely up to the Charter, purpose and specific circumstances and effectiveness of individual groups.

Our group was established in 2010. While we have made some progress, our work is by no means done. The group will remain relevant as long as the issues, and our resolve to help solve them, remain. Many of us would say that our level of engagement has only strengthened with time.
