Some challenges and opportunities are harder to make progress on than others. This is true of any business problem – and increasing the representation of women in leadership is no different.

When we are not making progress, we apply the typical business toolkit. We look at the metrics. We look at what is preventing progress from multiple angles. We consult others. We intervene or re-set the course where needed.

We share our experience widely so that others learn from our experience and avoid mistakes or missteps we have identified.
