In response to recent Implementation Leader discussions about WGEA Target Setting, we have arranged an informal Q&A session with WGEA to support our Members with any technical or compliance questions for setting their gender equality targets.
This is an optional session, relevant for WGEA-reporting organisations (500+) who are required to set mandatory gender equality targets in 2026.
The format will be:
- 11.30 – 12.15pm – 45 minute Q&A with WGEA to answer any technical or compliance questions about selecting your organisation targets.
- 12.15 – 12.45pm – WGEA leaves and there is a further 30-minute small group discussion with IL peers for information sharing or problem solving.
We invite you to submit your questions prior using the link provided in your invitation, to help WGEA tailor their responses and ensure a productive session.
