Champions of Change Coalition - 2024 Pakistan Impact Report

The Champions of Change Pakistan Group was established in 2018 to address the underrepresentation of women in leadership, the slow pace of change, and the absence of gender equality on leadership agendas. Today, the Group has grown to include 31 Members, representing over 81,000 employees across Pakistan, and is one of the largest in the global Champions of Change Coalition.

The Champions of Change Pakistan 2024 Progress Report details the Group’s collective actions and outcomes over the past 12 months, showcasing significant progress in advancing gender equality, diversity, and empowerment of women in workplaces and society. It is believed to be one of the most comprehensive voluntary public disclosures on workplace gender equality in Pakistan.

In 2024, the Group welcomed its first two women Members and evolved its name from Male Champions of Change Pakistan to Champions of Change Pakistan, reflecting its commitment to inclusive gender equality.
