The Champions of Change Consult Australia Group includes 11 Members who lead some 19,000 employees in Australia. The Group have been collaborating on gender equality initiatives since 2016.

The Champions of Change Consult Australia 2021 Progress Report provides an update on their actions taken  and outcomes achieved over the past 12 months, against the Group’s gender equality priorities.

100% of the Consult Australia Group provide flexible access to parental leave for all parents. The report highlights and celebrates stories of fathers accessing ‘shared care’ parental leave, offering equal access of up to 16 weeks parental leave for either parent. Shared parental leave helps to address stereotypes and provides all parents with equal opportunity to share care and career.
