We each share our insights, experiences and ideas arising from the Listening and Learning phase and develop broad themes to respond to.

We develop a vision of what it would look like when the issue or problem is solved. We identify high impact, systemic and innovative actions that will accelerate change.

As part of this process, we seek advice from our teams and experts on the proposed course of action. We then develop a brief on the recommended approach. All Male Champions of Change are then invited to support the initiative.

Action groups may work together over weeks, months or years to develop, implement, evaluate and enhance their initiatives.
