We are pleased to invite insurance industry leaders, and Coalition Members and their teams, to an exclusive event to mark the launch of Respond: Acting on everyday disrespect – an industry-wide commitment to building safe, respectful and inclusive workplaces across the insurance sector.

The event will include a panel discussion moderated by Elizabeth Broderick AO, Founder and Convenor of the Champions of Change Coalition together with:

This initiative has been developed in partnership with industry leaders. It reflects our shared commitment to take practical, collective action to prevent everyday disrespect and foster inclusive workplace cultures.

The discussion will focus on what everyday respect looks like in practice, why it matters for leadership, culture and trust, and how organisations can move from intent to action.
