Informed by the experiences and insights of Members, Redesigning Work and Care: Unlocking the shared-care dividend shares practical, promising and proven approaches organisations can adopt and adapt to move from accommodating care at the margins to designing work around the realities of modern lives and caring responsibilities. In doing so, organisations can strengthen inclusive gender equality, workforce participation, leadership pathways, productivity and family health and cohesion.
