As the One Commercial Partner Director, Rachel Bondi leads a strategy which focuses on investing for growth in Microsoft’s world class partner ecosystem; driving the innovation they make across our cloud platforms to deliver digital transformation for our customers. With over 10,000 partners in Australia, Rachel and her team engage to build capabilities across technical skills, commercial and go-to-market, and customer sales engagements.
Prior to this, Rachel was the Marketing & Operations Director for Microsoft in Australia. As part of that role, she was also responsible for the Small and Medium Business including supporting our customer’s success by continuing to build a world-class digital and marketing organisation to capture the immense growth opportunity within Australia’s SMB market.
Rachel Bondi began her career at Microsoft in the Australia subsidiary as a partner account manager and moved to the Microsoft headquarter team in 1999. She earned her Bill Gates Chairman’s Award in 2001 and held a number of senior leadership roles in the Corporate Marketing team during her time in the US.
Rachel holds her degree in education from the University of Queensland. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two daughters.
