Peter Menegazzo is the Chief Executive Officer at Investa as of 1 July 2021.
As Chief Executive Officer at Investa Pete is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the group, across the office and funds businesses.
Peter has broad property, funds management and finance experience gained during his many years in the industry and prior to joining Investa held senior roles with AMP Capital Investors and BDO Corporate Finance.
Prior to being appointed to CEO, Pete held the position of CIO at Investa, where he was responsible for identifying and implementing strategic group initiatives, managing capital relationships, overseeing capital transactions, research and commercial developments and providing investment support for all of the clients of the platform, with the objective of optimising investment performance.
Previously he held the role of Fund Manager of Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF), where he was responsible for the daily management and strategic direction of the fund.
Peter has 14 years of service at Investa.

Peter Menegazzo is a Member of the Champions of Change Property Group established in 2015 in partnership with The Property Council of Australia. The Property group brings together senior leaders across the industry’s development and construction, investment, funds management and agency sectors. The group aims to achieve greater gender equality in the property industry and to increase the number of women in leadership roles.
