Michelle McNallyMichelle McNally joined Aware Real Estate as the founding CEO in March 2022. With over 27 years’ experience in the property industry, Michelle has led teams across various divisions of the business and has a deep understanding of investor objectives to deliver results.

At Aware Real Estate, Michelle offers a strategic approach to the management of c.$2.5B of Assets under Management (AUM) and over $3B in the development pipeline, across living, mixed-use, industrial and the commercial sectors. During Michelle’s leadership tenure as General Manager Property at Australia Post and General Manager, Commercial Services at ISPT she developed a highly strategic outlook, influencing expertise and commercial acumen across valuations, leasing, occupier management, property and portfolio management, investment and funds management.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Property and is a trained and certified valuer. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is the NSW Division Vice President at the Property Council of Australia (PCA).

Michelle is passionate about giving back as a Director at Women’s Property Initiative, a community housing provider of long-term housing for women and children and mentoring women in the industry through her work with Ten Women Melbourne. Michelle is also on the Board of Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation, a charitable organisation focused on raising money for children’s charities through the running of challenging cycling and other physical events.

Champions of Change Property

Michelle McNally is a Member of the Champions of Change Property Group established in 2015 in partnership with The Property Council of Australia. The Property group brings together senior leaders across the industry’s development and construction, investment, funds management and agency sectors. The group aims to achieve greater gender equality in the property industry and to increase the number of women in leadership roles.
