Michelle McNally is the Group Director, Customer and Asset Management at Vicinity Centres. Michelle’s role includes the performance of the centres’ management teams as well as the allocation of capital and operational expenditure across the portfolio and carriage of Vicinity’s Brand and Marketing and Enterprise Procurement function.
Michelle is a senior real estate executive with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry, building teams, delivering results, and creating quality relationships with a large range of stakeholders including investors, customers and partners. Michelle has broad experience across multiple property sectors and national markets in numerous disciplines including investment and portfolio management, for both owners and occupiers. Before joining Vicinity, Michelle was CEO at Aware Real Estate and has held senior leadership positions at ISPT and Australia Post.
Michelle is a Board member of Women’s Property Initiative, a community housing provider of long-term housing for women and children at risk of homelessness and a Board member of Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation raising money for children’s charities. Michelle is a passionate advocate for the property industry, having served on various industry peak body committees and through her work with Property Champions of Change and Ten Women Melbourne.

Michelle McNally is a Member of the Champions of Change Property Group established in 2015 in partnership with The Property Council of Australia. The Property group brings together senior leaders across the industry’s development and construction, investment, funds management and agency sectors. The group aims to achieve greater gender equality in the property industry and to increase the number of women in leadership roles.
