Kit Ku

Kit Ku is a Principal at Hayball with shared ownership in the practice. She is integral to the operations of the company and sits on the Hayball Strategic Design Committee in advisory role to the Board. At an industry level, she frequently contributes to industry-leading publications, forums, and panels.

Kit is instrumental in many of Hayball’s complex and large-scale projects that require community creation. Working with government and private clients, her expertise spans across many sectors, including mixed-use precinct developments, emerging housing typologies and the full spectrum of learning environments from early education through to Tertiary.

An advocate for the co-creation process, her strengths in team leadership, collaboration, stakeholder and user group consultation, Kit excels at communicating a holistic vision for transformational change. She has built her reputation for creating dynamic spaces that seamlessly connect the end-user, built form and urban fabric to benefit the wider community.

The Group is committed to working together to proactively address the issue of gender equality, and women’s representation in leadership in Australian architecture practices, and across the profession.
