Julien Dehornoy, CEO of Keolis Downer, is a passionate leader in the public transport industry. Having led large rail operations in France (SNCF) and Australia (Yarra Trams) and having held senior position in French Government, Julien is determined to work with all stakeholders and gather the best experts in the world to help make public transport the obvious travel choice and make our cities more liveable.

Julien Dehornoy is a Member of the Champions of Change Rail Group. The Group brings together representatives from the rail sector. Members are committed to working within and across their organisations to achieving inclusive gender equality and a significant and sustainable increase in the representation of women in leadership.
