Glenn Keys AO joined the Champions of Change Heath Group in 2019.

Glenn is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Canberra-based Aspen Medical, one of the world’s leading providers of outsourced healthcare solutions.
Prior to building and leading businesses in the private sector, Glenn had a distinguished career in the Australian Defence Force (ADF). His service saw him undertake a range of tasks from training to test flying and engineering to logistics support for Army aircraft.

In 2003, Glenn founded Aspen with his long-time friend, Dr Andrew Walker. After 15 years Aspen has a team of over 2,000 and operates across Australasia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, Africa, the USA and the UK. Today the company has customers in the Government, Defence, Mining, Oil & Gas and Humanitarian sectors. In 2017 Glenn and Andrew were selected as runners up for the World Entrepreneurs of the Year, and Glenn was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for both his philanthropic leadership in the business sector and his work as an advocate for people with an intellectual disability.

A passionate advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Glenn has placed social responsibility and community involvement at the heart of Aspen Medical’s culture.

Glenn Keys is a graduate of the University of New South Wales and the International Test Pilots School in the UK. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Honorary Fellow of Engineers Australia.

Glenn Keys is a Member of the Champions of Change STEM and Health Group which was established in 2016. The Group reflects the diversity of STEM and Health organisations representing our national scientific research and data institutions, universities, technology, and engineering enterprises, aged care, hospital and primary health care providers, medical device and pharmaceuticals producers as well as government and peak professional organisations.

The Champions of Change STEM and Health Group exists to achieve inclusive gender equality acting at organisation, sector and national levels disrupting the status quoin these traditionally gendered sectors to drive significant and sustainable change.
