Geoffroy Lefebvre was appointed Chief Executive Officer of YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP in 2021.

Geoffroy is responsible for leading the Group’s global teams on their continuous growth journey to delight its millions of customers around the world, offering a unique and personalised online luxury shopping experience.

Prior to joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Geoffroy was the Group Digital Distribution Director at Richemont, in charge of e-Commerce channels and Customer Relationship Centres globally, and participated in the creation of Fengmao Trading Ltd, the joint-venture between Richemont and the Alibaba Group.  In over nine years at Richemont, Geoffroy has pursued a career at headquarters as Group Industry Director, then with several of the Group’s specialist watchmaking Maisons, successively as Managing Director of Operations at Vacheron Constantin, Deputy CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre and CEO of Baume & Mercier until 2019. Previously, he spent seven years at McKinsey & Company in France and the UK.

Geoffroy is a graduate of Ecole polytechnique (France), Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (France) and INSEAD (France, Singapore).

Geoffroy Lefebvre is a Member of the Champions of Change Global Tech Group established in 2018 in partnership with accelerateHER. The group aims to drive change on gender equality globally in the technology industry and are focused on normalising flexible work across the industry; building strong pipelines of women; looking at how women are promoted, developed and retained; and creating inclusive workplaces.
