Elliott Rusanow is Chief Executive Officer of Scentre Group.
Elliott first joined Scentre Group in April 2019 when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer leading the Group’s finance, treasury, investor relations and capital transaction functions.
Prior to Scentre Group, Elliott was the Chief Financial Officer of Westfield Corporation, based in the United States.
Elliott’s career with Westfield spans more than two decades. He joined Westfield in 1999 and has held a number of senior executive leadership roles based in Sydney, London and Los Angeles including the roles of Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Finance, Director Finance United Kingdom & Europe and Director of Investor Relations & Equity Markets.
Prior to Westfield, Elliott worked at Bankers Trust Australia Limited.
Elliott is Deputy Chair of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia, elected to the position in 2022 and is a Member of The Champions of Change Property Group, established by The Property Council of Australia.
Elliott holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales.

Elliott Rusanow is a Member of the Champions of Change Property Group established in 2015 in partnership with The Property Council of Australia. The Property group brings together senior leaders across the industry’s development and construction, investment, funds management and agency sectors. The group aims to achieve greater gender equality in the property industry and to increase the number of women in leadership roles.
