Cameron LeggattCameron Leggatt joined Frasers Property Australia in 2010 and was appointed General Manager of the Queensland business in July 2013. In this leadership role, Cameron oversaw the management and delivery of apartment, mixed-use and land projects with end value of in excess of $2Billion.

He was subsequently appointed Executive General Manager of the Residential Division in May 2019 which later became the Development business. Cameron now oversees 25+ projects and leads a team in excess of 350 people across the four states in which FPA operate.

During his leadership tenure, performance in several business units has improved significantly, and a positive focus on culture has seen new talent emerge and rise through the business.

Cameron Leggatt is a member of FPA’s Executive Management Team. Prior to joining Frasers, Cameron was an Associate Director in the Property Division at Macquarie Bank working in both Australia and the USA. Cameron has over 25 years of experience working in the property sector.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property and a Masters in Commerce majoring in Finance. He is a trained and registered Valuer and current Board member of the Residential Development Council (RDC) for the Property Council of Australia (PCA).

Champions of Change Property

Cameron Leggatt is a Member of the Champions of Change Property Group established in 2015 in partnership with The Property Council of Australia. The Property group brings together senior leaders across the industry’s development and construction, investment, funds management and agency sectors. The group aims to achieve greater gender equality in the property industry and to increase the number of women in leadership roles.
