Ant Roediger is the Managing Partner of BCG ANZ with responsibility for the Australian and New Zealand operations covering 500 employees across five offices – Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and Auckland.
Ant has held several positions within BCG including head of BCG’s Public Sector Practice in Asia-Pacific and Chair of BCG’s internal People Function for Asia-Pacific. He has been with the company for 18 years, spending many of them working across Asia- Pacific and Europe.
Prior to joining BCG in 2000, Ant worked as a corporate lawyer in London and Melbourne.
Ant currently sits on the Asia-Pacific Management Team and the Global Social Impact Executive, and is a Director of Jawun and a member of the Male Champions of Change. Ant holds a Masters (BCL) in intellectual property and competition law from Oxford University and Economics and Law degrees from Adelaide University.
Ant is married with three kids and enjoys travel and the outdoors. He once rode a bicycle from Pakistan to Kyrgyzstan via China.
