CHAMPIONS OF CHANGE NATONAL 2016 GROUP
The National 2016 Group was established in 2016 and today includes 14 Members who lead some 135,000 employees, in 30 jurisdictions.
The Group includes representatives from a wide range of organisations including media, retail, consumer packaged goods, industrials, energy, mining, insurance, finance, law and consulting.
Members are committed to using the power and influence they hold to step up beside women to deliver change in gender equality, importunately driving a significant and sustainable increase in the representation of women in leadership positions.

Elizabeth Broderick AO has brought together captains of industry, sport, governments and Defence Force chiefs to address gender inequality in Australia and beyond. As Australia’s longest serving Sex Discrimination Commissioner (2007-2015), Elizabeth worked tirelessly to break down structural and social barriers faced by women and men, and to promote gender equality.
